Services

Four service lines built around one idea: the person who takes your order should already know what you order. Nothing below requires a long-term contract.

Supply & fulfilment

The core service. You order by phone, email or a shared standing-order template; we pick, check and deliver. Clinical lines are recorded with lot number and expiry on the packing slip so your own logs stay accurate without extra data entry.

  • Order cut-off 3:00 PM ET for next-business-day regional delivery
  • Lot and expiry printed on every clinical line
  • Minimum 12 months remaining shelf life on sterile goods unless agreed otherwise
  • Split-case picking on most consumables

Scheduled replenishment

For practices that would rather not think about ordering at all. We agree par levels per item, assign a fixed delivery day, and top you back up to par each cycle. You approve the manifest by email the day before — or set it to run automatically.

  • Weekly, fortnightly or monthly cycles
  • Par levels reviewed each quarter against actual burn
  • Seasonal adjustment for flu season and school-year facilities
  • Cancel or pause any cycle with 48 hours notice

Spend review

A quarterly, line-by-line examination of what you bought, what it cost, and where a clinically acceptable equivalent exists. We show the manufacturer, the specification difference and the annualised saving. Your clinical staff decide; we do not switch anything unilaterally.

  • Standard for accounts above $2,000 monthly spend
  • Delivered as a PDF plus a 30-minute call
  • Includes pack-size optimisation and waste analysis
  • Typical identified saving: 4–11% of consumable spend

Compliance & documentation

The paperwork side of supply, handled properly. Safety data sheets, instructions for use, traceability reports for a defined date range, and recall or field-safety notices forwarded to your named contact the day we receive them.

  • SDS binder delivered digitally and refreshed annually
  • Lot traceability report on request, usually same day
  • Recall notices pushed by email and phone for affected accounts
  • W-9, COI and vendor forms returned within one business day

Onboarding

What the first four weeks look like

Switching suppliers is disruptive when it is done badly. We stage it so your storeroom is never caught between two vendors.

Week 1 — Discovery

Site walk-through, storeroom count, and a copy of your last three months of supply invoices.

Week 2 — Quote & equivalents

Full line-item quote returned with equivalents flagged and samples arranged for anything clinical.

Week 3 — Trial order

A live order at quoted pricing. Staff handle the real products before anything becomes standing.

Week 4 — Go live

Par levels agreed, delivery day assigned, account manager introduced, SDS pack delivered.

What we don’t do

Being clear about this saves everybody time.

  • We do not sell prescription medication or controlled substances
  • We do not sell to consumers, only to licensed practices and organisations
  • We do not service or calibrate capital equipment
  • We do not bill insurance or process DME reimbursement claims
  • We do not lock accounts into multi-year purchasing agreements

Not sure which service fits?

Most accounts start with straight fulfilment and add replenishment after a quarter. Call 484-372-4206 and we will tell you honestly which one you need.
