1. Our commitment

WiscoMed Supply Co. wants every customer — including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or voice control — to be able to find our contact details, understand what we supply and request a quote without difficulty.

2. Standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This website was built and reviewed against those criteria, and accessibility is checked whenever pages are added or substantially changed.

3. Measures taken on this website

• Semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading order on every page
• Descriptive text alternatives for all meaningful images
• Colour combinations tested for contrast against WCAG AA thresholds
• Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, FAQ accordions and forms
• Visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link
• Form fields with persistent, programmatically associated labels and clear error messaging
• Motion and parallax effects disabled automatically when a visitor requests reduced motion
• Layouts that reflow to 320px and remain readable at 200% zoom

4. Known limitations

Manufacturer datasheets and safety data sheets we link to are produced by third parties and may be supplied as untagged PDFs that do not meet WCAG AA. If you need the content of any such document in an accessible format, call or email us and we will provide it in plain text or read it to you over the phone.
