We stock a deliberately narrow, deeply held catalog.
A national distributor lists two hundred thousand items and stocks a fraction of them near you. We do the opposite: nine categories, roughly 4,200 SKUs, almost all of it physically on the racks at Horseshoe Lane. Depth beats breadth when a clinic runs out of 4x4 gauze on a Tuesday.
Anything outside the stocked catalog can still be sourced — special orders typically land in three to seven business days and are quoted before we place them. There is no charge for sourcing a product we do not carry.

What we check before a SKU enters the catalog
Manufacturer status
FDA establishment registration confirmed, plus device listing where applicable. Importers must be authorised US distributors.
Documentation
Instructions for use, safety data sheets and, for sterile goods, validation and shelf-life statements on file before first receipt.
Physical inspection
Every inbound pallet is checked for packaging integrity, labelling accuracy, lot legibility and minimum remaining shelf life.
Clinical sign-off
New clinical items go to two or three existing accounts as samples. If their staff will not use it, we do not list it.
