Medical supplies, delivered the way clinics actually order them.
WiscoMed Supply Co. is an independent, family-run distributor of exam room, dental, wound care and facility consumables. One rep. One invoice. Next-day delivery across the Delaware Valley — and no minimum-order games.
Talk to a real person
Philadelphia, PA 19103
A supply partner sized for practices that hate being account #48,921.
WiscoMed started in 2011 in a leased bay off Horseshoe Lane, filling standing orders for four family practices that were tired of national catalogs, rotating reps and back-order emails nobody answered. Fourteen years later the model has not changed — it has just grown.
Today Matthew Clayton and a team of eleven manage purchasing, warehousing and delivery for more than six hundred clinical and facility accounts across Pennsylvania, South Jersey and Delaware. Every account gets one named account manager who knows what you order, when you re-order and which substitutions your clinicians will accept.
- Direct relationships with FDA-registered manufacturers and authorised importers
- Lot numbers and expiry dates recorded on every clinical line item
- Standing-order templates so re-orders take under two minutes
- Consolidated monthly invoicing for multi-site groups

Four service lines, one point of contact
Most customers start with consumables and grow into scheduled replenishment. Nothing here is bundled or locked behind a contract term.
Clinical consumables
Gloves, gauze, syringes, drapes, dressings, skin prep and everything else the exam room burns through weekly.
Scheduled replenishment
We agree par levels, then deliver on a fixed weekly or fortnightly route. No purchase order required each cycle.
Spend review
A quarterly line-by-line look at what you buy, where equivalents exist and what a switch would genuinely save.
Compliance support
Documentation packs, safety data sheets, lot traceability reports and recall notices pushed to you, not buried.
4,200+ SKUs stocked locally
Nine categories, stocked in Philadelphia — not shipped from three states away.
Regional stock is the whole point. When a practice calls at 3 PM because a shipment of exam gloves never arrived, the answer should be “it’s on the van tomorrow”, not a tracking number for a warehouse in the Midwest.

What accounts tell us at renewal
“We moved four sites over in 2019. The difference is that when something is short, somebody calls us before we notice.”
“The quarterly spend review found about $9,000 a year in equivalent products. They showed the maths and let our hygienists veto two of them.”
“Lot tracking on the packing slip saved us a full afternoon during a recall. That alone justified the switch.”
